Vooban Impact IA 2025 Toronto

Logistic coordination and decor management for a reference event in artificial intelligence.

Deploy Impact IA Toronto by maintaining visual and logistical coherence with Montreal publishing, while dealing with the constraints specific to off-market event production.

Altitude/C took charge of the design of the room plans and the overall layout, coordinated the preparation and installation of the sets, and ensured follow-up with external suppliers throughout the process. Ongoing operational support, from planning to dismantling, allowed for a smooth implementation and a professional visual presence, fully aligned with Vooban's identity and the Impact IA universe.

30th Anniversary Ambassadors Circle

Gala celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Quebec Ambassadors Circle: a tailor-made evening, record attendance and a video clip to inspire the next generation.

The Quebec Ambassadors Circle wanted to mark its 30th anniversary with a unifying gala evening, bringing together its entire community of ambassadors around a moment of celebration and recognition. The event was intended to both honor the journey of current and past members, reinforce the sense of belonging to the Circle and project an inspiring image to attract the next generation.

A completely tailor-made evening, designed to highlight the commitment of current and past ambassadors. Close collaboration with local partners and flawless technical execution made it possible to achieve record attendance, while the video clip produced on site fed into future canvassing efforts.

ēnergiQ 2026

The ÉnergQ 2026 event brought together players in the energy sector for a day of conferences and exchanges at the Espace Paddock at the Gilles-Villeneuve circuit.

InnovÉé wanted to organize the second edition of ÉnergiQ, an event bringing together players in the energy transition around conferences, workshops and an exhibition fair. The challenge was to orchestrate the event in an unconventional location, the Espace Paddock at the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve, whose technical and logistical configuration required rigorous planning in order to optimize the spaces, ensure the circulation of participants, and effectively coordinate the numerous speakers.

Altitude/C supported InnovÉé in the planning and production of the event by ensuring logistical coordination, supplier management and the organization of the various components of the programming. The team structured the layout of the spaces to host conferences, workshops, workshops, exhibitor lounge and networking areas, while orchestrating the reception of participants and on-site operations. The event ended with a cocktail in an après-ski atmosphere, creating a friendly and memorable moment of encounter for the participants.

Roche RAM 2026

Roche's annual internal event brought its teams together around the theme “Patient Impact, Powered by Trust”, between plenary sessions, workshops and a festive evening.

Roche wanted to bring its teams together as part of its internal annual meeting, while renewing an event format that several participants experience from year to year. The challenge was to propose a dynamic and engaging program around the theme “Patient Impact, Powered by Trust”, by combining plenary, workshops and networking moments, while introducing a new festive theme capable of surprising participants.

Altitude/C designed a complete and coherent experience, ranging from creative ideation to logistical coordination of the event. A fluid program was put in place to promote exchanges between the teams, while a complete transformation of the space for the evening inspired by the carnival made it possible to create a memorable and unifying moment, supported by an immersive scenography, animations and a live music group.

Xplor 2025

A new era for Xplor, driven by a transformed decor and a completely redesigned experience.

In a context of strong growth and increased reputation, the main challenge of the 2025 edition of Xplor was to make the event evolve without losing the coherence or the quality of the experience. Altitude/C needed to support the organization in the complete renewal of the environment and participant paths, while ensuring smooth logistical management at the scale of a large-scale event. The challenge was to integrate new reception tools, to rethink services and to coordinate all stakeholders in order to offer a modern, efficient experience that met the expectations of an expanding community.

Altitude/C has deployed a global approach focused on transforming the participant experience. The team redesigned the event environment through a completely renewed decor and improved signage, while optimizing the routes thanks to the implementation of a new registration platform and a more efficient roundabout system. The close coordination of hotel services, partners, exhibition, and content teams ensured a smooth and consistent experience at every stage of the event, in line with Xplor's ambitions for growth and innovation.

Other news

We’re Getting Old. Our Event Formats Might Be Too.

The room is full. The program is solid. But somewhere between the opening remarks and the final slide, the energy is more tenuous than before. Something has changed, and ignoring it is starting to cost us a lot.

FAQs

Have questions about what a PCO actually does and how we work? You're in the right place. We've answered the most common ones here to help you get clarity before we even have our first conversation.

What is a Professional Congress Organizer (PCO)?

A professional congress organizer (PCO) specializes in the strategic planning and complete management of large-scale congresses: scientific, medical, professional, or governmental. Unlike an event agency that handles the production of corporate events, a PCO works directly with associations and professional societies to achieve their strategic objectives while reducing the workload on their internal teams.

What is the difference between a PCO and an event agency?

An event agency designs and produces experiences: launches, galas, corporate events. A PCO goes much further. It takes charge of the entire lifecycle of a congress, from initial strategy to managing registrations, abstracts, sponsorships, accommodations, and on-site operations. It is an end-to-end management partner, not just a production vendor.

When should I bring in a PCO?

As early as possible, ideally 12 to 18 months before the congress takes place. This window allows you to secure the best venues and destinations, structure the program in advance, and maximize sponsorship and registration revenue. Reaching out to a PCO late often means playing catch-up. Reaching out early means building your congress on solid ground.
