Rolled out simultaneously in three Canadian cities, the event brought the new brand to life in a consistent and engaging way, while strengthening employees' sense of belonging across the country.

The Event in Numbers

●  Mandate

To mark the launch of its new brand identity, Securian Canada wanted to engage its employees through a unifying experience rolled out simultaneously in Montreal, Toronto, and Burnaby. The challenge was to provide a consistent experience from coast to coast, while taking into account the specific realities of each site and fostering team buy-in for this important organizational transformation. The situation became even more complicated when the Montreal event had to be postponed less than 24 hours before its original scheduled date.

●  Solution

Altitude/C supported Securian Canada in the planning and execution of this national initiative by coordinating all operations, suppliers, and partners across the three cities. The team also designed immersive multimedia content to bring the new brand to life and create a memorable experience for participants. Thanks to the rapid implementation of a contingency plan and the integration of learnings from other sites, the re-launched event in Montreal benefited from an optimized experience, true to the brand's vision and aligned with the organization's engagement objectives.
