Launching a brand new event was a significant challenge. With no history, no established audience, and no previous editions to build upon, we had to design the Divergences experience from scratch while ensuring its financial viability. Engaging partners, selling sponsorships and tickets, and creating relevant programming required a constant balance between ambition, appeal, and operational realities. The success of this first edition also relied on rigorous coordination among all stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and professional experience right from its debut.
