Roche RAM 2026

The annual Roche meeting brought together more than 300 participants around the theme “Patient Impact, Powered by Trust” for a moment of mobilization and exchanges between teams. The program combined plenary, collaborative workshops and team meetings, before concluding with a festive evening inspired by the carnival, creating an immersive and unifying experience.

Roche wanted to bring its teams together as part of its internal annual meeting, while renewing an event format that several participants experience from year to year. The challenge was to propose a dynamic and engaging program around the theme “Patient Impact, Powered by Trust”, by combining plenary, workshops and networking moments, while introducing a new festive theme capable of surprising participants.

● Solution

Altitude/C designed a complete and coherent experience, ranging from creative ideation to logistical coordination of the event. A fluid program was put in place to promote exchanges between the teams, while a complete transformation of the space for the evening inspired by the carnival made it possible to create a memorable and unifying moment, supported by an immersive scenography, animations and a live music group.
