● Mandate
Altitude/C was mandated to support the AQPP in the planning and implementation of its annual conference at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal. The role covered comprehensive logistical coordination, registration management, partner and exhibition area management, and speaker preparation. The team also had to design and produce a gala adapted to the 2025 edition.
● Solution
To meet the expectations of the AQPP, Altitude/C has put in place a clear operational structure, promoting smooth traffic and a harmonious experience for all participants. The concept of the gala was designed to offer a distinctive evening, consistent with the identity of the event. Thanks to close collaboration with the Palais des Congrès and the various partners, each stage of the experience was carried out with precision and consistency, giving the 2025 edition a renewed personality and a sustained impact.
