For Impact AI Montreal 2026, Vooban aimed to provide an immersive experience befitting its position in artificial intelligence. The challenge was to transform the venue into a cohesive, fluid, and distinctive environment, where each area, from the main stage to the content, networking, catering, and broadcast spaces, contributed to a seamless participant experience.
● Solution
Altitude/C supported Vooban every step of the way, from space design to logistical, technical, and vendor coordination. By adapting the layout plans to the site's realities and incorporating strong experiential elements, such as the immersive tunnel and a prominently featured stage, the team created an engaging journey conducive to exchanges, learning, and content creation.
