AGM Fondaction

The 2025 Fondaction Annual General Meeting was held at the Théâtre Cartier and brought together 265 participants in a hybrid format. The event was distinguished by its professionalism, its eco-responsible approach and a collaborative atmosphere, concluded with a cocktail promoting exchanges between the guests.

The Event in Numbers

●  Mandate

The main challenge was to offer an impeccable and eco-responsible technical experience in a place that was not designed for this type of installation. With its high ceilings and resonant acoustics, the Théâtre Cartier required precise adjustments to ensure optimal sound quality and a smooth experience for participants both on site and remotely.

●  Solution

Strategic and operational support has been put in place to supervise logistics, decor, catering and technique, including management. The technical team adapted the installations and the sound processing to the hybrid format in order to ensure clear and reliable broadcasting throughout the event. Close coordination between the teams allowed for efficient assembly and an experience that met expectations.
