Altitude/C was entrusted with the complete logistics for the “J’aime les fruits et les légumes” symposium and the AQDFL Spring Festival evening. The major challenge was an extremely tight deadline of only four weeks, requiring agile and rigorous coordination. Catering management was also a major challenge, with high nutritional requirements and the need to showcase products from several partners, making menu design particularly complex.
● Solution
Thanks to careful planning and efficient execution, the team took care of space layout, catering management, and sponsorship implementation. The dual challenge of transforming the same room for two separate events on the same day was met with flying colors: the complete reconfiguration was completed in less than an hour. Each part of the day was tailored to its specific clientele, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for two audiences with different expectations.
