● Mandate
Altitude/C supported Sollio Agriculture in the design and implementation of the Management Committee Meeting, an internal strategic event bringing together members of management teams over two days. Designed as a key moment of the year, this meeting aimed to allow participants to take stock of the past year, to plan for future goals and to strengthen cohesion within the teams. The mandate was to structure the overall experience in order to create a framework conducive to reflection, exchange and collective mobilization.
● Solution
Altitude/C has designed a structured and mobilizing experience, structured around a course of collaborative workshops promoting exchange and collective intelligence. The tight planning was supported by a rigorous coordination of content, logistics and unifying moments, including the integration of an inspiring speaker and the organization of a festive evening complementary to the working days. This approach made it possible to offer a coherent framework, conducive to strategic thinking, commitment and cohesion of management teams.
