● Mandate
Altitude/C was mandated to fully manage the logistics of the RECYC-QUÉBEC space, including coordination with the venue and suppliers, as well as budget management. A key challenge was to increase visibility while ensuring a distinctive participant experience, despite the event being held simultaneously with another summit.
● Solution
Altitude/C designed and produced the entire sensory journey based on the five senses, incorporating multimedia and live podcast activations. The team also supported communications, site visits, and photography management. The result was a warm, engaging space praised for its networking opportunities, innovative atmosphere, and seamless integration within the larger event.
