Roche Diagnostics were faced with the tough challenge of increasing communication & inter-dependence between departments. For this to happen, some kind of deep sharing was required.
No one learns better than through play so we thought of gamifying the sharing process with employee-lead activities that could shake the status quo and push beyond comfort zones.
1 full day of activities where employees felt a sense of agency as they led activities in 10 different content stations. We witnessed an intense transfer of knowledge between peers, outstanding employee engagement + a strong sense of collective pride. A win-win situation.
