With their 75th anniversary coming up, the Groupe Deschênes wanted to celebrate their employees across all their locations from ocean to ocean throughout an entire year without having to reinvent an event each time.
The last thing an international company needs is to spread their resources thin so we designed an event that would unify the global clan all the while respecting each affiliate’s identity.
We made it happen in flying colors 13 times in 13 different locations. Employees felt the love with a full day of activities, fine dining, entertainment and an overall sense of togetherness. Celebrations took place simultaneously from coast to coast + in-store promotions for consumers.
